Frequently asked questions
How are the quotas set?+
Every plan gets the same quota per project: 50 crawls and 1,500 assistant messages a month, and each plan doubles the projects, quota and team seats of the one below. The quota is shared across the plan rather than locked to each project, so you can spend all 200 Growth crawls on a single project.
What counts as a crawl?+
Every time you press “Crawl site” to go through your product end to end counts as one crawl, however many pages it finds. Editing the demo, rewriting hotspot copy and translations don't touch the quota.
How are assistant messages counted?+
Each message a visitor sends to the assistant, together with the assistant's reply, counts as one message. Hotspots, hover tips and journeys never count against the message quota.
What happens if I go over my quota?+
Your demo keeps running; only the assistant stops taking new conversations and no new crawls can start for the rest of the month. We email you at 80% of your quota, and you can upgrade at any time.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the rest of the period; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes, you can try any paid plan for 14 days without a credit card.
